Payment Policy:

- Reservation is only confirmed once the deposit has been received
- 100% pre-payment is required prior to arrival at AM Lodge
Cancellation Policy:
- Should guests be unable to honour their reservation, they have the option to either move the reservation to a different date, no longer that 365 days, at no additional cost, or cancel the reservation.
- All reservation cancellations must be sent to AM Lodge by electronic mail.
- All reservation changes and cancellations are valid only if confirmed in writing by an AM Lodge reservation staff member.
- All no-shows and reservation cancellations made within 7 days of scheduled arrival will attract a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the reservation value.
- All festive season reservation cancellations are subject to a 50% cancellation fee if made 120 or more days prior to the scheduled arrival date and 100% cancellation fee if made less than 120 days of the scheduled arrival date.
